Space Age Rugby World Cup Supporter Challenge 2011
“Tamatie sous, tamatie sous, BOOOOEREWORS!” could be heard bellowing from our kitchen as the winning team presented the South African version of the haka. The team’s offices were decorated with every kind of green and gold rugby paraphernalia you could imagine and there was a definite patriotic vibe pacing through our offices.
It was mostly fun and games at the Space Age headquarters on the day of the Rugby World Cup kick off. Space Age’s in-house teams competed against each other to win the ultimate team supporter challenge. The challenge included dress-up, team spirit and a very difficult RWC quiz.
The overall winning team was the sales/marketing team who simply could not be beaten with their rugby knowledge and contagious team spirit. It must be said though; the other teams were tough competition!
We would like to thank Crystal and Anita from Oemf for being the judges for the event. We are sure the entertainment made it definitely worthwhile!
If this is not evidence of our proud support of South Africa in the Rugby World Cup, then please show us what is (no challenge intended).
